DISTINGUISHED BY THE WORD

 Through ultimate humility, Christ was exalted,
Ascended to heaven & Christianity was founded,
Sins were forgiven & was forever grounded,
See smiles on faces, joy shouts are shouted.


& now we're expected to cling to the Bible,
To know that humility is vital
To be a true disciple
And not just run the cycle.

She told him its easy to do what the Bible says,
But he had always thought the reverse is the case,
And so was stuck in the middle of 2 separate ways,
Until he made a choice, & his choice is the ancient of days.

& now he's distinguished by the Word,
He belongs to the Lord,
He's been cleansed by the Blood,
Of the son of the Only God.
