DAMAGED GIRL

Sometimes it's best to let a damaged girl heal on her own; try to help put one piece her life together, and you risk being torn apart yourself.

When she eventually heals, be advised also that her scars may mean much more than just a mark of healing; it may as well be evidence that a crucial part of her being has been harvested.

I've never really had a fondness for fixing things. I do not have a weakness for broken girls like melancholic guys who many times laid down their lives to salvage a damaged girl.

The reason for this is that you can lay your life down to lend a hand to a damsel in distress and think it's fair that she offers her heart in gratitude. But all you most likely get is a girl without a heart.

You'd be hard pressed to find something worse than loving a girl who's not capable of loving you back; you slip into spirals of self-blame, guilt, and shame. But it's not because you ain't good enough.

It's just that you've made yourself a victim too of whatever damaged her. When diplomacy fails, you can scream, fight, and hit her all you want. But you know it's not her fault. She's just not wired to think like you.

As a matter of fact, she's not wired to think at all. She's a damaged girl, a man's worst nightmare. She gives you a bad treat for wanting more from A SELF-CENTERED GIRL WHO HAS NOTHING LEFT TO OFFER BUT BAD ENERGY!!!
